Heard learned counsel for the Applicant in MCA No.116 of 2024. She seeks leave to amend to add Applicant No.2 in D.V. Proceedings as party-Respondent and amend the prayer clause for transfer the D.V. Proceedings.

Considering her request, leave to amend forthwith. 3.
She further submit that if this Court inclines to allow the MCA No.37 of 2024 filed by the Respondent-Wife. The D.V. Proceeding pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pune be transferred to Family Court, Pune where divorce proceeding is pending and all the proceedings be tagged together. 4.
The learned counsel for the Applicant in MCA No.37 of 2024 has no objection for it.

Considering submission of both learned counsel's, I pass following order.
ORDER
(i) The Restitution of Conjugal Proceeding No.426 of 2021 pending before the Family Court, Nashik be transferred to Family Court, Pune.
(ii) The D.V. Proceeding No.MA No.1503 of 2021 pending before the JMFC, Shivajinagar, Pune be transferred to Family Court, Pune.
(iii) Both these proceedings be transferred to family Court where Divorce Proceeding filed by the N.S. Kamble page 2 of 3
Applicant-Wife is pending.
(iv) All proceedings be tagged together.
(v) Both the parties to appear before the Family Court, Pune on 9th May 2024.
