Heard. This is an application claiming temporary bail on account of marriage of his son, namely, Kunal. The marriage is scheduled on 14th February, 2017 at Thane. The marriage ceremony is in between 14th February, 2017 to 19th February, 2017. The applicant deserve to be enlarged on temporary bail from 13th February, 2017 to 19th February, 2017 on certain conditions except on 18th and 19th February, 2017. Hence, the order Pg 1 of 2

ORDER

(a) The application No.39 of 2017 is allowed;

(b) The applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount;

(c) The applicant shall surrender before the Jail authorities by 5.00 p.m. of 20 February, 2017;

(d) The applicant shall report to the office of the E.O.W. every day between 1.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. except 18 and 19th February, 2017;
