P.C:- By the present application, the applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 162 days in bringing the legal heirs of appellant no.1 on record. It is stated in the said application that Appellant Nos.1(a) to 1(c) are the legal heirs of the deceased appellant no.1 and on his death on 6th May 2021, his legal heirs are sought to be brought on record.
