The learned senior counsel appearing for the Petitioner on instructions of the Petitioner who is personally present in the Court seeks permission to withdraw the Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate statutory remedy for challenging the order passed by the learned District Magistrate as well as adopt appropriate remedy against the principal borrower.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. All contentions of the parties on merits are kept open. It will be open for the Petitioner to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court along with interest accrued thereon.
