Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Perused the order dated 18/12/2017. The petitioner has not thereafter placed on record any document to show that he has appeared before the trial Court and has participated in the proceedings. No only this, the statement of complainant reveals that along with him some other persons from whom respondents have purchased grapes are also deceived.

In this situation when alleged offence has taken place in March 2009, we are not inclined to intervene in this writ petition in extra ordinary jurisdiction. The petition is rejected.
