The petition is filed for quashing the FIR bearing C.R.Nos. I214/2014 and I-231/2015 registered with Shanti Nagar Police Station, Bhiwandi, at the instance of respondent No.2, for the offences punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Sections 4, 8 and 10 of the POCSO Act, 2012.

Ms. Shinde, learned APP on instructions of the officer concerned who is present before the Court, makes a statement that the investigation into these CRs is completed and report under Section 169 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed.
