This is an application seeking permission to travel abroad from 09/02/2016 to 22/02/2016. By an order dated 03/02/2014, the applicant was granted pre-arrest bail, by imposing a condition that the applicant shall not leave India without previous permission of this Court. The applicant has already submitted his schedule. That the applicant is intending to visit the country Spain. The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that on earlier 6 occasions, the applicant was allowed to travel abroad by this Court and the applicant did not commit breach of any of the conditions imposed upon him. The orders dated 12/03/2014, 22/08/2014, 03/02/2015, 03/03/2015, 27/08/2015 and 22/06/2015 are 1/2

37.appp 36.16.doc annexed to the present Application. It appears from the record that the applicant has not committed breach of any of the conditions and therefore, the applicant deserves to be granted liberty to travel abroad on the same terms and conditions imposed earlier. 2.

Hence, the following order.

i) The applicant is permitted to travel abroad i.e. to the country Spain from 09/02/2016 to 22/02/2016.

ii) The applicant shall furnish details of his itinerary including flight details to the concerned investigating agency/police station.

iii) The applicant shall furnish his mobile number and address where he intends to reside during his travel. iv) On his return from Spain, he shall inform the same to the concerned investigating agency/police station. 3.
