This is an application for anticipatory bail filed by the aforesaid applicants apprehending their arrest in a Crime No.186 of 2014 registered at Wanwadi Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 313, 323, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the IPC.

The matrimonial dispute between the parties had led to filing of the said FIR. Considering this fact by order dated 15th April, 2015, this Court had referred the parties to the mediator. The mediator has submitted the report stating that the matter has been amicably settled. They seek time to file the application for compounding the offence / quashing proceedings. Until such time the

In the light of the above, the bail application is allowed. 4.
In the event of arrest of the applicants in Crime No.186 of 2014 registered at Wanwadi Police Station, Pune, the applicants shall be released on bail on furnishing the bail bond of Rs.15,000/- each with one surety to the satisfaction of Sessions Court, Pune. ( ANUJA PRABHUDESSAI, J. )
