The learned AGP submits that this appeal challenges the judgment and award dated 17/03/2003 passed by the learned 2nd Additional District Judge, Kolhapur in LAR No. 32 of 1996. The amount awarded by the SLAO is Rs. 36,450/- The amount is enhanced to Rs. 59,730/- by the learned Reference Court. The learned AGP submits that the amount of enhancement is less than four times of the amount awarded by the SLAO.
