The compilation of said Consent Terms dated 21st December, 2021 along with the said documents are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Second Appeal is accordingly disposed off in terms of Consent Terms dated 21st December, 2021. Decree be drawn in terms of Consent Terms dated 21st December, 2021.
