Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant prayed for urgent circulation of matter on the ground that though the Applicants moved the trial Court for preservation of call data record, the application was not entertained by the trial Court. Learned counsel admits that the Applicants are the accused before trial Court. It is also admitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicants that the charge-sheet is filed before the competent Court. In view of above submissions as well as on perusal of the grounds raised in the praecipe, we are unable to find any urgency in the matter so as to grant circulation. As such the prayer for urgent circulation is refused. Let the application be listed in its due course.
