(i) Criminal Bail Application No.128 of 2019 is allowed. (ii) The Applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with C.R. No. 298 of 2016 registered with D.N. Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, on his furnishing the P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, with one or more sureties in the like amount. 1/2

osk 903-ba-128-2019.odt (iii) The Applicant shall report concerned Police Station once in a month on first Saturday of the month between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm, till further order. (iv) The Applicant is permitted to furnish cash security of Rs.25,000/-, in lieu of surety, for a period of six weeks.
