1] Heard Mr. Bhadang for the applicant.

2] The learned counsel states that service has been effected upon the respondent. The affidavit of service is also filed. 3] By this civil application, condonation of delay of 75 days is sought for in instituting the appeal. The learned counsel for the applicant states that in fact the delay is of only 12 days and not 756 days.

4] In paragraph 3 of the civil application, it is stated that the partner of the firm who was actually handling this matter expired on 1/2

skc 5-CAA-362-17.doc 14th November 2015. For this reason, there was some delay in processing the matter and filing the appeal. 5] Cause as shown is sufficient and therefore, the delay is condoned.

6] The civil application is accordingly disposed of by condoning the delay.
