Learned Counsel for Applicant - wife submits that these Civil Applications have come to be filed by the Applicant (Respondent in Family Court Appeal No.115 of 2015 preferred by the husband). It appears that an order has come to be passed on 20/07/2018 whereby the Appellant - husband had been directed to file a paper-book as per URS 1 of 2

2 22-CAM 15-18 @ CAM 16-18.odt the order dated 10/01/2018 with copy to the other side, failing which the Family Court Appeal No.115 of 2012 shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. It appears that from the office note appended tot he brief that the Family Court Appeal No.115 of 2012 came to be dismissed in view of conditional order dated 20/07/2018. Accordingly, the Civil Applications no more subsist for consideration. Liberty is granted to the Applicant, if circumstances so arise, to seek revival of the same.
