Civil Application No.369 of 2017 is for bringing on record legal heirs of the deceased sole Respondent. Learned Counsel appearing for the sole Respondent states that he shall also be filing appearance on behalf of the legal heirs. The Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. Second Appeal and the Civil Application for stay, namely, Civil Application No.600 of 2014, are stood over to 4 April 2017.
