The investigation is in progress. The applicant is prosecuted for offence under the provisions of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (for short 'NDPS Act'). The case of the prosecution is that charge-sheet is yet to be filed. Hence, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to prefer application for bail after filing charge-sheet before appropriate Court.
