Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press either prayer clauses (a) or (b). He submits that instead the learned Sessions Judge be directed to decide Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.1737 of 2017 filed in Criminal Revision Application No.919 of 2017 as well as
2/3 the main Revision Application being Criminal Revision Application No.919 of 2017, as expeditiously as possible, within a time-frame. He submitted that the complaint is of the year 2012 and that the matter has been lingering since then. None appears for respondent nos.2 to 7, despite the fact that learned Counsel, Mr.Dubey had appeared on 24th January, 2018.

Be that as it may, considering the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he does not press prayer clauses (a) or (b), and only seeks an expeditious hearing of his applications which are pending in the Sessions Court, the petition is allowed on the following terms:-
ORDER
i) The proceeding before the Sessions Court, being Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.1737 of 2017 filed in Criminal Revision Application No.919 of 2017 as well as Criminal Revision Application No.919 of 2017, is expedited;
ii) The learned Sessions Judge shall decide both the said applications, as expeditiously as possible and in any event within 3 months from the date of receipt of this order.

It is made clear, that this petition has not been heard on merits. All contentions of both the parties are kept open. 5.
Petition is accordingly disposed of on aforesaid terms. 6.
