The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 15 days in filing the above Review Petition. The Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent No.3 and the Learned AGP have no objection to the delay being condoned. In so far as the Respondent No.2 is concerned, it seems that it is an unregistered society and further no reliefs are sought against the said society. The Civil Application is accordingly allowed.
