The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with CR No.I-165 of 2019 registered with Marine Drive Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 354, 354-A, 294, 501 and 506(2) of Indian Penal Code, and under Sections 66(E) and 67(A) of I.T.Act. 2.

The complainant has alleged that the applicant was stalking her. She was harassed. He committed acts amounting to outraging her modesty. Whereas, contention of the applicant is that both were acquainted with each other. He relied upon the photographs showing the acquaintance. The complaint is false. 3.

By order dated 21st January 2021 the applicant was directed to appear before the Investigating Officer and co-operate with investigation. Interim protection was granted to the applicant. It is submitted that the applicant has complied the directions of reporting and has co-operated with investigation. Hence, interim protection granted on 21st January 2021 can be confirmed. ORDER

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed and disposed of; (ii) In the event of arrest of applicant in connection with CR No.I165 of 2019 registered with Marine Drive Police Station, the applicant be released on bail on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount; (iii) The applicant shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when called for.
