This is an application for modification of the order dated 22/12/2015, by which the applicant was directed to be released on bail in C.R. No. 215 of 2015 registered with Ghatkopar police station, Mumabi on his furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs.50,000/- with one or two solvent sureties in the like amount.

The learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that it is very difficult for the applicant to get one or two sureties in the amount of Rs.50,000/- and therefore, number of sureties may be increased, as though the order was passed on 22/12/2015, the applicant is still behind the bars. In view of the above, I am inclined to modify condition No.1 of order dated 22/12/2015. Hence, the following order.

38. appp 37.16.doc i) The condition No.1 in the order dated 22/12/2015 is hereby modified and the applicant is permitted to furnish one or more sureties in the like amount.

ii) Rest of the conditions are not disturbed. 2.

The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. 3.

All the concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
