By the impugned orders /communications, an inspection / enquiry of the Petitioner Society under Section 89-A of the Maharashtra Societies Act, 1960 (Societies Act) is ordered to be conducted. According to the Petitioner, the same is ordered under political pressure and therefore, the orders impugned cannot be allowed to stand and they be quashed.

I have perused the impugned orders and I am not inclined to entertain the present petition, at this stage. However, considering the facts and circumstances, if pursuant to the enquiry under Section 89-A of the Societies Act, order, if any, under Section 102 of the Societies Act is passed, then such order shall not take efect Dinesh S.
