None appears for the applicant. The prayer in this application is for stay of order dated 18th October 2016 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.5292 of 2016. The learned counsel for the first respondent on instructions states that in terms of the order dated 18th October 2016 demolition of the illegal constructions subject matter of the writ petition has already been carried out.

The order dated 18th October 2016 was in the nature of an interim direction issued pending the writ

Subsequently, under the order dated 16th November 2016 the writ petition has been dismissed as withdrawn. Hence, no relief can be granted in this civil application and the same is rejected.
