The applicants were admitted to interim protection by order dated 21/01/2020 by taking a prima facie view of the nature of accusations. The interim protection continued since then. The complainant fled an application for intervention, which was allowed and the matter was referred for mediation with a hope that the parties will amicably resolve the dispute. However, on 20/07/2021, the report is received from the learned Mediator Ms.Tanu Mehta, informing that mediation has failed.

Today, the learned APP, on instructions of the Investigating Offcer who is present in the Court, makes a M.M.Salgaonkar
2/2 14 ABA-151-20.doc statement that the applicants have co-operated with the investigation and the investigation is complete. In such circumstances, the interim protection granted in favour of the applicants by order dated 21/01/2020 is confrmed, subject to the stipulation that the applicants shall continue to render their co-operation to the investigation and shall attend the Investigating Offcer as and when called for.

The application stands disposed of.
