P.C. :- 1] Learned counsel for the appellants, on basis of instruction from the appellants, states that the matter is settled and therefore, the appellants do not wish to proceed with this appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of as withdrawn.
2] Learned counsel for the respondents states that one installment of payment has been made. The second installment was due on or before 31 January 2017. There is some delay in compliance. However, the appellant No.1 Mr. Sudhakar Shetty, who is present in person, has stated that next installment, which constitutes the balance payment will be positively cleared on or before 25 March 2017. This is acceptable to learned counsel for the respondents. Mr. Sudhakar Shetty (appellant No.1), who is present in the court, also states that such payment will positively be made on or before 25 March 2017. Accordingly, this is recorded. 1/2
