The main accused Prasad Narwade in Crime No. 98 of 2017 for an offence punishable under Sections 376, 376 (n) read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 6 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act already ordered to be released on bail by this Court on 2nd November 2018. The nature of the allegations against the present Applicant appears to be similar.

Perused the statement of victim girl recorded under Sections 161 and 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It is apparent that the case of the Applicant is at par with the accused Prasad Narwade.

In view of above, for the reasons recorded in the order dated 2nd November 2018, the Applicant is also deserves to be released on bail on the same terms and conditions as are imposed in the said order. 4.
