Ms Abha Singh appears for the Applicants. They seek impleadment or intervention to oppose the Petition. Both of them say that they have been in varying degrees affected by stray dogs in the vicinity. We are saying nothing further at this stage on the merits of the matter. We allow the impleadment and direct that they will be joined as Respondents Nos. 20 and 21 to the Petition. Amendment to be carried out without need of reverification by 17th February 2023.
