P.C.:- Dispute between power of attorney holders of land lord and licensee led to registration of offence under Sections 452, 380, 506 and 34 of IPC. Complaint is filed by Respondent No.2-licensee. 2.

Petitioner Nos.1 to 3 are present with their counsel. Petitioner No.4 is recently married and therefore not available. Respondent No.2-Complainant is present with her counsel. 3.

Consent terms settled by parties on 12.1.2019 are also placed on record by parties.

Respondent No.2 submits that accordingly she has earlier received an amount of Rs.20,000/- and Demand Draft of Rs.60,000/- is handed over to her in the Court. In view of this situation we make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (i).
