After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application unconditionally.

Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

The Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of as such.
4.
It is made clear that this withdrawal of the application shall not come in the way of the Applicant for seeking regular bail after his arrest.
