ORDER:

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners states that the Petitioners shall not press the above Petitions in the event the Petitioners are granted an opportunity to file Written Statement on the basis of the documents which have already been supplied to them by the Respondent Bank. We are informed that the matter is closed for orders by the Respondent No.4 1/2

k 2/2 501 wp 806.18 as.doc Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies. Learned AGP informs us that so far as the order has not been passed by the Respondent No.4 Deputy Registrar.

In the interest of justice, we permit that the Petitioners to file their Written Statement before the Respondent No.4 Deputy Registrar on 31 January 2018. Learned Counsel for the parties state that the parties shall appear before the Respondent No.4 Deputy Registrar alongwith copy of this order and the Written Statement on 31 January 2018 at 11 a.m. when further directions shall be issued by the Respondent No.4 Deputy Registrar. The Respondent No.4 Deputy Registrar shall as far as possible dispose of the Recovery Application within a period of four weeks from 31 January 2018.
