This is an application for recalling the order dated 07.06.2016 by which this Court dismissed the Petition by conditional order for not removing office objections. Mr. Kunwar assures that after restoration of the Petition, within four weeks, office objections will be removed. 3.

In view thereof and for the reasons set out in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Writ Petition is restored to its original position. Applicant shall remove office objections within four weeks from today. Order accordingly.
