Learned counsel for the applicant states that the respondent no.4a is served. None appeared for the respondent no.4a when the matter was called out. I have perused the averments made in the civil application. For the reasons recorded in the civil application, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Amended copy of the writ petition shall be served upon the respondents including newly added party within one week from the date of carrying out amendment. Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
