Having heard Mr.Kulkarni appearing for the Applicants and the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of Respondent no.3, we are of the view that in the peculiar facts of this case and since all the Applicants are agreed to the arrangement proposed in the Civil Application, we modify the initial order dated 12 December 2013 passed in the First Appeal.

The Applicant no.4 Mrs.Madhavi Shashikant Purandare can withdraw 20% of the compensation amount receivable by her and which is presently invested in State Bank
2 of 2 CAF.3567.2015 of India, at Pune. Since the Applicant/Appellant no.4 is now settled in Mumbai, the amount be paid over with accrued interest thereon to her by State Bank of India, Pune (concerned branch), on production of an authenticated copy of this order. 3.
