This Petition is moved by way of praecipe dated 14.01.2019 for withdrawal of the Petition. Mr.Purewal states that petitioner is present in the Court. He has tendered photocopy of his identity card, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Upon taking instructions from the petitioner, Mr. Purewal seeks permission to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file Miscellaneous Application before the trial Court. 3.

On the motion made by Mr. Purewal, Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. It is made clear that I have not examined the merits of the case. All contentions of the parties on merits are expressly kept open.
