The AO was dismissed by this court by order dated 30 March 2017. The ad-interim order granted earlier in the AO was, however, continued for a period of four weeks.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant / Applicant informs the court that his client has already filed a special leave petition before the Supreme Court and that he needs an extension of two weeks from this court to enable him to apply to the Supreme Court for reliefs in his SLP. On this application, the ad-interim order granted by this court on 30 March 2017 is extended by a further period of two weeks from today.
