The grievance of the petitioner is that a proposal dated 17th October, 2016 submitted by the third respondent on 20th October, 2016 before the second respondent- the Educational Officer (Secondary) is pending and that the same has not been decided by the second respondent as yet.

In view of the aforesaid, without commenting upon the merits of the petition, we dispose of the petition by directing the respondent no.2-Eduction Officer (Secondary) to decide the
