DATE : 15 FEBRUARY, 2024 P.C. :- Ms.Ranade, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wife in Writ Petition No. 13740 of 2016 submits that she has telephonic instructions from her client that the matter has been compromised. However, written communication has not been received by her.

Ms.Kokare, learned counsel appearing for the husband submits that she is unable to talk with her client. Therefore, she wish to withdraw their Vakalatnama on behalf of the husband. 3.

The status of the original proceedings before the Family Court at Pune on the website of the Maharashtra Legal Service shows that the matter has been disposed of since there was a

3/3 compromise between the parties by an order dated 25 January, 2021.

All the writ petitions are disposed of in view of the compromise between the parties.

Civil application is also disposed of.
