The learned AGP states that the Desk Officer is personally present in the Court. The letter dated 10th September 2018 is taken on record and marked as "L-1" for identification. He states that the applications dated 7th July 2017 which are subject matter of both the petitions will be decided within a period of six months from today as stated in the said letter dated 10th September 2018. He has placed on record the Government Order dated 1st July 2016 which lays
