P.C. :- After hearing the matter for some time, it appears that this appeal can be disposed of by directing the learned trial Court to decide the pending notice of motion finally. In view of this, the learned trial Court is requested to dispose of pending notice of motion/application finally within eight weeks from the receipt of this order on its own merits.

In the meantime, within two weeks from today, the respondent corporation shall file a reply to the notice of motion in the trial Court, with an advance copy to be served on the other side. Till then, the parties to maintain the statusquo. 3.

It is made clear that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter and all contentions of the parties are left open.

The present appeal from order stands disposed of accordingly. In view of the disposal of the appeal from order, the pending interim application also disposed of. [R. N. Laddha, J.]
