CIVIL APPLICATION NO.162 OF 2016 1.

The civil application is for restoration of first appeal which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections. 2.

For the reasons stated therein, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).

The applicant shall remove office objections within eight (8) weeks from today. On failure thereof order dated 24th July 2015 shall revive.

The civil application is for restoration of first appeal which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections. 5.

For the reasons stated therein, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).

weeks from today. If the applicant fails to remove office objections within eight (8) weeks from today, the order dated 24th July 2015 shall revive.
