The respective counsel submit that the parties to the Second Appeal have settled the issues inter-se amicably. The Minutes of varsha
17.sa.503.15.doc the order are placed on record and taken on record at ' Article-X' for the purpose of identification.

The respective counsel seek modification of the shares allotted to them. In view of this, the matters deserve to be remanded back to the Appellate Court and the Appellate Court shall draw the decree in terms of the Minutes of the order.

Since the original Special Civil Suit is of the year 2005, the Appellate Court is directed to enquire into the matter and draw a decree as far as possible within six months from the date of receipt of the order. The second appeals as well as Civil Application are accordingly disposed of.
