This petition is filed seeking direction to respondent no.5 to register F.I.R. against respondent nos.6 and 7 on the basis of petitioner's report at Ex.'H' Page 31.

Mrs. Kejriwal, the learned APP having taken instructions from the concerned officer states that grievance of the petitioner made in the said report was enquired into and it was concluded that dispute between the petitioner and the respondent Shivgan 1/2

14-WP-213-2015.doc no.6 is of civil nature. Petitioner is, accordingly, communicated. For the perusal of the Court, she placed on record communication dated 6.4.2015. Communication does corroborate her contention. In the above circumstances, we are not inclined to interfere in the petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. Needless to say, if the petitioner has any grievance, he can file private complaint before Magistrate.
