The applicant no.1 seeks modification of the order of the Additional Sessions Judge,Thane. The applicant was directed to be released on bail vide order dated 25.7.2016. However, he could not furnish bail as the condition was imposed upon the applicant that he shall deposit Rs.4 lacs in the police station or in Court. So far as applicant no.2 is concerned, this Court has passed an order dated 16.3.2017 thereby permitting the Applicant no.2 to deposit Rs. 2 lacs in the concerned Court within two weeks from the date of the said order as a condition precedent. After the amount of Rs.2 lacs is deposited, the Applicant no.1 may be

RNG 2 / 2 917-29-17.odt released on his furnishing bail bond as ordered by the Additional Sessions Court,Thane vide order dated 25.7.2016. Upon being released on bail, the applicant no.1 shall further deposit an amount of Rs. 2 lacs within four weeks thereafter. (PRAKASH D.NAIK, J)
