Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Redressal Grievance Committee under section 35(A) of the Maharashtra Slums Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. It is made clear that this court has not expressed any views on merit of the matter. All contentions of both the parties are kept open. In view of the disposal of the writ petition, Civil Application No.475 of 2018 and Civil Application No.476 of 2018 do not survive and are accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. [R.D.
