By this application filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. the applicant has challenged notices dated 21st June, 2003 issued in chapter case No.8 of 2003, Court Case No.13 of 2003 and in chapter case No.10 of 2003 court case No.15 of 2003.

Heard Mr. Naik, the learned Senior counsel for the applicant and Mrs. Gadhvi, the learned APP for the State. The records reveal that both these cases arise from Crime Nos.91 of 2003 registered at D.B. Marg Police Station, Mumbai for offences

jsn APPLN Nos.3057_3079_2003 punishable under Sections 325 r/w. 34 of the IPC. The learned Sr. counsel for the applicant submits that applicant / accused are acquitted / discharged in both these cases.

In view of above, the proceedings have rendered infructuous and therefore dismissed.
