Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the copy of the civil application is served upon the respondents and undertakes to file affidavit of service within one week from today. Undertaking is accepted.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and I have perused the averments made in the civil application. 3.

By this civil application, the applicant seeks amendment in the criminal writ petition and to bring subsequent facts on record and to seek additional prayer based on such record. The case is made out for grant of amendment as prayed. For the reasons recorded aforesaid, civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. No order as to costs. (R.D.DHANUKA, J.)
