In view of the order passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune on 12th January, 2017 by which the learned Sessions Judge has rejected to grant ad-interim relief. However, he has issued notice and made it returnable on 20th January, 2017. Thus, it appears that the Anticipatory Bail Application will be decided on that day. Hence, this Anticipatory Bail Application cannot be entertained.
