This is an application for regular bail. The applicant is arrested in connection with C.R. No. I-125/2016, registered with Bazarpeth Police Station, Kalyan, District - Thane for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 341 and 504 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

Learned senior advocate Mr. Mundargi in all fairness stated that the trial has commenced and three witnesses including the complainant have been examined. He, therefore, submitted that trial may be expedited since the applicant is in

Learned APP, on instructions, submitted that four more witnesses are yet to be examined and the said witnesses will be put up before the Court as early as possible. Taking into consideration the fact that the complainant is already examined and only four witnesses are yet to be examined, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the order.

Bail Application stands disposed of accordingly. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.)
