DATE : 15 MARCH 2024 P.C. :- The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that main emphasis of the Petitioner - Institution is on its rights as a minority institution and for appointing and promoting its employees various regulations of the State Authorities and the University are not applicable to the Petitioner being a minority institution. However, the pleadings in the Petition does not bring out this grievance neither the prayers are precise also the affected employees are not joined.

In the light thereof, we dispose of the Writ Petition giving liberty to the Petitioner to file a proper petition after curing the above defects.
