DATE: 12th FEBRUARY, 2019 P.C.:- 1] Petitioner has approached this Court challenging cancellation of dealership right of the Petitioner by Respondent No.1. 2] Perusal of the impugned order would reveal that upon field verification it was found that though the Petitioner was not a resident of Grampanchayat Amboli, District Sindhudurg, he had given a wrong declaration regarding his residential status, thereby resulting in upgradation of category.

(23)-WP-1129-19.doc 3] The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that though the Petitioner is a resident of Amboli, documents show that he is a resident of Akola. Between oral statement made by the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and documentary evidence, it is always documentary evidence which will prevail.

4] In that view of the matter, no case is made out for interference. Petition is rejected.
