By this petitioner, the petitioner is seeking direction to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to register his FIR on the basis of his complaint dated 23rd December, 2014. Mrs. Deshmukh, learned APP, having taken instructions from the concerned officer who is present before the Court, makes a statement that the petitioner's statement in pursuance of his said complaint is already recorded. She further states that an appropriate decision would be taken within seven days from the date of receipt of this order and the same would be communicated to the petitioner.
